Hey everyone I have a pretty old server im working with and was looking for some advice. Hopefully im in the correct forum. Its a PowerEdge 2600 and im working on it remotely. Dell open manage is stating that my virtual drive 0 has been degraded. Its showing that there is updates for the Perc4 firmware and Raid controller driver in dell open manage. Im wondering if updating the firmware might clear this error but then again it could be hardware related. Any advice would be appreciated. Ive enclosed two screen shots from the server so you guys can see what im talking about.
