I have a dell r200 1u and ram temps are much lower then the 2u Dell 2950 3rd gen ram. It's weird because the server has 4 fans and there blowing right at the ram. Its like every other stick of ram is running 10c + higher then the other. What is causing this? Is this normal, and are my dell ram temps perfectly fine? I run the server at home in around 70-77 F temperature.
Yes i have qimonda ram hahah I hear there rare to come by now, and are out of business but are very good.
