Dell T605 error 1205 Power Supply Voltage Regulator failed

Hi,

My T605 server crashed and the display showed error 1233 Cabled PS PwrGrd, which the manual defines as "Power supply voltage regulator failed."

I rebooted the server and it came up fine.

Does this mean I need to replace the power supply?  Or is there a separate component "power supply voltage regulator".  Where can I get one?
