Launch Virtual Console error of "can't find the specified file URL"

Hi,

I try to launch IDARC8 virtual console on Firefox 39.0, with java 1.8.0_51, PowerEdge R630 server. However, turns out it can't be launched with error "can't find the specified file URL\: C:\Users\樟\AppData\Local\Temp\javaws25", this path is not exist of course, now my question is where this URL path of Java is set for the application. And I checked my Java configuration, the temporary cache path is the correct which is existed. 

Could anyone suggest in this case, any suggestion is appreciated.
