Can anyone help us with the escalation matrix at dell warranty sales india? We purchased warranty for about 8 servers from [removed name] Inside Sales Representative at dell india and his lead [removed name], but they have been making excuses like "Technical problem", "visible inside but outside website has error", "we can see but cant share screenshot so trust us" and all kind of *** excuse even after 6 weeks of follow up and advance payment. Its reached a point where we will have to either file a legal case and use social media help to ensure someone responsible at dell can get involved.
In case anyone here knows someone senior we can reach out to and get this resolved amicably, that would save money (legal cost) and bandwidth at our end.
