One of my colleagues has a PowerEdge R710 and is looking for something very specific. Basically, he needs a compatible nic to connect directly to an ISP fiber connection that is 1Gb. Can anyone out there direct me to what type of dual port 1Gbe fiber nic that supports single mode lx 1Gbe trancievers? I have scoured the internet to no avail. Also if there are 10Gbe fiber nics that will still take and work with 1Gbe sfp lx trancievers (not sfp+) that will also work, we can go that route as well. Please help, we have been searching for awhile now. Thanks
