Poweredge R610 Broadcom bcm5709c network driver Issue

I am having trouble installing an updated version of the broadcom netexteme II bcm5709c for our Dell Poweredge R610 running server 2008R2 x64 bit.  We had Kaspersky Anti-virus installed on this system and I removed it.  Upon removing this, now when I restart the server each time, I get a yellow triangle on the network icon.  I can get this to regain network communication but if you restart the server, I get the yellow triangle again.  The only way I can get this to work temporarily is to break the team and only have one nic running, uninstall all network drivers and have the device manager find the nics again.  Even with only one nic running, I still get the same issue.  I tried to update the driver from dell but the server will blue screen and I have to restart with last known configuration.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to repair the network drivers?  Should I manually remove the drivers and try reinstalling the driver again?  This is one of our domain controllers so its hard to just keep trying different things.  Anyone seen this before or have any suggestions?  My only other option would be to try and upgrade to server 2012 this summer in a hope that this will fix the network issue.
