Poweredge T620 Error - Voltage is Outside of Range

I am getting following errors in my PowerEdge T-620,  purchased almost 6 months ago. Please help how to resolve this issue 

VLT0222 The voltage is outside of range. Contact Support

VLT0304 CPU2 M23 VDDQ PG voltage is outside of range. Reseat CPU
