PowerEdge T410 Memory upgrade

Hello,

Our company purchased PowerEdge T410 four years ago with the following:

Xeon E5506, 2.13 Processor and Dual in-Line Memory 2G, 1333, 2RX8X72, 8, 240, REGULATORY

We've noticed that the memory is running at 800 Mhz in Bios. We need to upgrade memory to at least 32GB. We are willing to lose our current 8GB.

Any advice on what's best to purchase (type / speed / module configuration) will be appreciated.
