Memory not optimal with only 4 dimms

Hi, I have a R815 equipped with 16x2GB modules. I removed all them and installed 4x16GB modules in slots A1, B1, C1, D1 but the bios says the configuration is not optimal. How I should mount the four modules to avoid this?
