PowerEdge 2950 error: RAC initialization failed.

I will update. I have the same pattern and the same server.

System: Dell PowerEdge 2950

Remote Access Controller detected

!!*** Error: Remote Access Controller initialization failure ***

RAC virtual USB devices may not be available...

Is this another driver update, or is it possible that the DRAC Firmware would have reset drac settings?

I tried:

Systems Management: Dell Remote Access Controller - DRAC 5, Firmware, English, Multi System, v.1.32, A00

Systems Management: Dell Remote Access Controller - DRAC 5, Firmware, English, Multi System, v.1.65, A00

the error remains.
