I have a Dell poweredge T310 with a perc S100 Embedded controller running raid 1. When I turn the server on it starts to boot but after the screen that states what the processor is and how much memory it has the server just sits there doing nothing, however if I press Ctrl -r or F2 then it will continue to boot, but if I press nothing then it will sit there all day long. I have updated all the firmware reseated the memory and checked all the connectors but nothing seem to fix this, anyone got any ideas?
