How to set non-RAID SCSI drives in BIOS ?

Hello,

I have a PowerEdge 2600 (running Windows 2003) with a RAID controller PERC4/Di defective.
I've tried some PERC4/Di parts replacement (battery, memory and key), but I continually get the message "Warning: Embedded RAID firmware is not present" at the boot.

Thus I would like to rebuild this server with two non-RAID SCSI drives.

I've always used this server with RAID arrays, and I'm a bit lost in the way to use it without RAID!

Under "Integrated Devices" inside BIOS, if I set "Embedded RAID Controller" to "Off", none drive is detected (into Adaptec SCSI BIOS) at the boot (see picture).

If I set it to "SCSI", both drives are detected (into LSI MPT BIOS) at the boot (see pictures).

And of course, if I set it to "RAID", I get the message "Warning: Embedded RAID firmware is not present" at the boot (see pictures).

Could you tell me how I have to set BIOS to be able to mount both drives non-RAID, and be able to install OS on one of them?

I've never used SCSISelect Utility from Adaptec SCSI BIOS, I've printed some screens to show you settings if it can help.

Thanks for your help,
Chris
