dell poweredge 2950 rack converted to full tower case(from poweredge 1900) possible

Hello, I was just wondering if anyone has tried to take the components from a dell power edge 2950 rack server and put them into a dell power edge 1900 full tower case?

I am not sure if it can be done, good, bad, etc.

Any suggestions?
