PowerEdge T110 II Video Card/Power Supply Upgrade

I have a PowerEdge T110 II that we needed for a testing facility. Initially, they just needed a server with two NICs so we added one in the expansion slots. The needs have shifted and we are trying to keep using this computer since we already ordered it.

Now it is running Windows 7 Pro as the OS and still has the second NIC. We need to add dual monitor capability (HDMI required) and if possible a third using the on board display port. I ordered a Gigabyte GTX 750 GDDR5-1GB GV-N750OC-1GI and installed it without (stupidly) checking to make sure the power supply could handle it. You can see where this is going... I don't have enough juice in the power supply to successfully boot.

I am wondering if there is any possible pitfall with ordering a different PSU to power all this hardware. I was looking at Corsair Builder Series CX 600 Watt ATX/EPS  80 PLUS (CX600). Would this work? Would another PSU be better?

Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks
