PowerEdge 840 memory upgrade.

Hi i´m trying to upgrade the memory of this server using 2 sticks from Kingston KVR667D2D8F5/2G FB DIMM DDR2 but i´m not able to because the notches does not fit the slots. This server uses DDR2 memory or what?
