PowerEdge R710 and 2950 SUU ISO updates on ESXi 4.1

I seem to be struggling with getting the ISO file to mount to ESXi 4.1 (ESX is easy).  Unfortunately, this is ESXi.

I have the Dell SUU.iso file copied out to a datastore. How do I mount this iso so I can run it?

I found this link: http://www.vstable.com/2012/08/14/refresher-mounting-a-cdrom-in-esxi-4-1-and-esxi-5-vsish/, and followed the steps.  But this doesn't tell mw how to mount an ISO.

Please, any help is appreciated.
