CPU1 VCORE: Voltage sensor for CPU1, state asserted was asserted

We have a R515 that gives the following message:

CPU1 VCORE: Voltage sensor for CPU1, state asserted was asserted

I understand that this is Something Bad (TM), but what exactly does it mean? And more important, how do I fix this?
