Poweredge T410 and Perc H310

I recently got a Poweredge T410 server. I installed a H310 Raid controller and added 4 hard drives. I created a RAID-5 VD with three drives and the fourth drive as a hot spare. I initialized the VD. 

I am using the DELL system build and update utility to pre-configure and install windows server 2008 standard, however, neither the system build or the OS is seeing the VD. I downloaded the drivers from DELL support and used the load drivers option during the windows install and the system wont see the H310 or load the drivers.

Please Help.
