R710 cannot start (hange)

I Just restart my server (R710 with Windows Server 64 Bit edition) ..but it tells

Press ctrl e for remote access setup within 5 sec..

and it's stop ..(hange)..

I trying to unplug and re plug the memories but it still the same..

please help..
