Boot up problem

Hi!

Whenever i start my Dell PowerEdge T100 Server it stops on

Broadcom netxtreme Ethernet boot agent v10.7.5

All right reserved.

Press ctrl-s to configure device (mac address)

Alert ! cover was previously removed.

Strike the f1 key to continue ,f2 to run the setup utility.

Any Solution?
