I have a 4-node C6100 Cloud Server. Each node is configured with 24Gb of RAM, 3 8Gb cards each. The memory cards are on slots 1,3 and 5. Everything worked fine for a while. I recently moved and when I turned on the server, node 4 shows only 8Gb of RAM. I moved all cards around, took the cards from node 1 and switched with the ones for node 4. Node 1 shows 24Gb and node 4 still shows 8 Gb. I booted node 4 with just ONE card, it reads 8 Gb. I tried all three cards, one at a time, on each of the slots, every time the same reading, 8Gb. I tried two slots at a time in all possible combinations, always reads 8Gb. I tried three cards in every possible combination of slots, still only 8Gb.
Any idea of what I should be looking for? The memory cards are working (they can be used in other nodes). All slots are working (I can read one card at a time in each).
Right now I had all three cards in slots 1,3 and 5. But Dell OpenManage only shows ONE slot being used (both channels).
