Hi all,
Following up to my original thread, I want to find out if there is a way (maybe using a script) to prevent the PER710 to ask for reboot for almost every single update.
Basically I am using Dell Repository manager, selecting appropriate updates, creating a new bundle with these updates and then exporting to a bootable Linux iso.
The problems happens that when you log to the DRAC card, mount the iso and boot the PER710 server, it goes through the updates, but if the update requires a reboot it does not move to the next update until we reboot the server. I have tried to change the sequence of updates, i.e., BIOS first or last, etc and still keeps asking for a reboot during the update process.
I wonder if there is a way to suppress these reboots and add only one final reboot.
Comments are much appreciated
