PowerEdge T20 Parts

I'm trying to find out if Dell sells the following for the PowerEdge T20 Server in the US:

1x8GB DDR3 1.35v (LV) 1600MHz  ECC module for the T20

Replacement Upper (removable) Hard-Drive Cage with HD carriers and the optical-drive/hard-drive slot

I have found references to Dell PN SNP96MCTC/8G as an 8GB LV ECC module for the T20 on the Dell Canada site but the US site does not have a T20 list on any parts listing that I can find.
