PE T310 Memory upgrade problems

Hello,

Im trying to make a upgrade of RAM in one PE T310 but until now I only found problems.

- First, I call to DELL support and they told to me that dont have the memory configuration to my server (maybe because the support was finish at 2013 ) !!!

- After this, I buy this memory

but this dont work.... searching in internet I found this other link

that comment that exist 2 models of T310 one before and other created after october 2010 (and my model is from agust of 2010).... and each of model accept a different type of memory.

PS: Why DELL make a same model with a different configuration ?? Cant create a new model (T310b, for example) ???

- so, I try to buy this other memory kit (low densidy, 4GB and low frecuency - 1066)

but... when I install this new module, the server show the error "Memory configured but unusable" !!!

Note: I tryed to put memories in differents slots

with the same error.

PS: T310 with one CPU Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU  X3430  @ 2.40GHz

so, what is the problem ???
