PowerEdge T100 will not boot a RHEL 6.5 disc

Guys,

I have a T100 that will not boot up a RHEL 6.5 workstation disc.  It will say "waiting to initialize", then I get a black screen with a blinking cursor on the left. 

I'm not sure if the workstation disc doesn't have the correct drivers or what? 

After googling this issue, I saw a couple of posts where they said to update the BIOS.  I just updated this BIOS to the latest. version which is 1.4.1 and we still get the same error.
