BTU/hr value to be considered for PE R620 with dual power supplies, do we need to double it?

We are trying to calculate BTU/hr for PE R620 with dual power supplies.

In technical guide for R620 I see 5 different values

Heat dissipation 
(BTU/hr max) 
4416 4100 2843 2891 1908

which one should be considered?

And should I be doubling the value for the entire server as it's having dual power supplies?
