The power distribution board in my machine has has 2x 4peg ports and 1 8peg.
Currently one of the 4pegs has an adapter on it to use 2 disk drives on.
The GPU has 2x 8peg ports.
Can I use adapters in order to power the gpu?if so all i would need is a another adapter like the one that is used for disk drives?
I don't think that's the case since each of the 8peg ports needs 3 lines of 12v power, so 6 in total. While the two 4pegs on the board would only supply 4 lines of 12v. in which case I feel like I'd need to make another adapter for the 8peg port thats on the board.
But im not sure. Help is appreciated.
