2.5 inch drive bay R310

Hello guys,

I've ordered drive bay part nr BSE030018 for my dell R310 in order to fit 2.5 inch drives in it. Unfortunaly, I have no idea how to fit this. These bays are way too small to fit.

Can someone explain me how 2.5 inch drives are suppose to fit in the R310?
