Hi I am getting the run around from Dell so I thought I would post this here to try and get some help.
I purchased a quantity of 2 of this:

Unfortunately after I placed the order my cc was charged and I got a "shipping" notification that is untraceable from Dell. The software never showed up so I contacted Dell. After being passed around from various groups a couple times because the order was somehow placed in the small business group instead of the premier site. And then I was transferred back and forth between customer care and tech support. Eventually someone from Enterprise technical support saw that I was transferred back and forth and set me up with a super CS rep" one that would call me back. ( I am not sure the term for the guy who called me back )
After he spoke to someone in the Logistics department he sent me this:

This is the a main support number for VMware, when you call it you get into VMware phone tree there is no option for Dell orders. And the product is a Dell product that runs ontop of VMware vCenter Server so it does not make sense that I would call VMware to get the license and software.
Does anyone know who I can contact that can help me with this the people that I have spoken to do not seem to know anything about software licensing?
