UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) load segments are OFF on power on. What to do?

Hi,

My company has purchased a 1920W Rack UPS.  But I have an issue right now:

The load segments (ie power outputs) are always OFF whenever the UPS is powered ON again (and of course, has electricity).  I once had waited a few minutes to see if the load segments will be finally turned on automatically but unfortunately, the answer is No.

So my question: is there a way to set up the UPS to switch ON the load segments AUTOMATICALLY after the UPS is powered on (there's electricity input).
